Who are you? What is your story?

Ragnaros Store was founded in the Summer of 2018 by a group of experienced players with a long history of professional raiding. Despite our Store being quite new we have already established a solid base of happy and satisfied customers. You can read more about us here.

Why would I need to purchase a boosting service?

Imagine sitting in your favorite chair, sipping coffee and watching your character becoming legendary. It'll save you a lot of time, instead of doing that one boss over and over again you can trust it to our team to finish it for so you can enjoy the end-game content however you want.

I play on a US server. Can I buy a boost here?

Not at the moment, unfortunately. Currently we only operate in the EU region. We are always working to further promote our Store and expand our reach, but we offer no services in the US right now.

What is Self Play / Account Sharing?

Self Play means that you will get to play your own toon during a boost. It increases the safety of your account in Mythic raids and allows you to fully immerse in the content.

Account Sharing implies that the service will be carried out on your character by one of our boosters. You'll need to tell our manager a security verification code that you will receive by e-mail or through Blizzard Authenticator app. We never ask security questions or any personal information so you can be sure that your account stays safe.

What payment methods can I use?

Right now we accept PayPal, Bitcoin (as well as other cryptocurrencies: Litecoin, Monero, etc.) and Perfect Money. We will add even more payment options in the near future, stay tuned.

I bought a boost. What happens next?

After you have placed an order our agent will add you on Skype or Discord (if specified) within a few working hours to discuss the details. If you did not fill out your Skype or Discord handle during checkout, please contact our Customer Service team. After that, we will schedule you for the next available slot. Additionally, you are free to adjust the time to make it the most fitting for you within our work-hours.

I'd really like to watch the boosting process live. Is it possible?

Absolutely! Please contact our manager after the purchase and we'll provide you with a private link where you will be able to watch the whole action in high resolution.

I am a returning customer. Do I have any benefits?

Of course. The Firelord loves and appreciates his clients, and those mortals who come to enjoy the Flames of Sulfuron more than once receive special bonuses. These include – but not limited to – product discounts, priority scheduling, unique special offers and much more.

Are you legit? How do I know I'm not getting scammed?

Ragnaros might be the cunning and devious Firelord, but he is no thief. Our Store is built on its customers' positive feedback and reviews, so it would bring us neither gain nor satisfaction to double-cross our clients. On the contrary, our goal is to get as many endorsing responses as possible, which helps us to further improve our services and make the boosting experience even better. Additionally, you are protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy which ensures a money-back guarantee if anything goes wrong.

I changed my mind but I've already paid. What do I do?

We will refund 100% of the sum if none of the services have been completed yet. If the services have been completed partially or fully but with any concerns on your side please contact our manager for further information. Normally, you will be eligible for a partial refund if there is proven to be a problem on our end.
